The conch and crab are delicious, with tender meat, and the soup is served with other ingredients such as crab and scallops. Simmered together for a full 6 hours, the broth absorbs the essence of the ingredients, making it incredibly nutritious. The lobster meat is tender, and the salty and sour flavor is very appetizing.
