Jinmushe B&amp;B is a very good B&amp;B in Xinjiang scenic area for me. I took a short rest in Nanshan for a few days. The sunny Nanshan was very comfortable. Jinmushe gave me surprises and unexpected things. The courtyard designed by the boss himself was very cozy and comfortable, with a strong artistic atmosphere. The boss&#39;s photography was another surprise. Drinking fine wine and tasting coffee as sweet as the sun, the fatigue of several days of travel was relieved in Jinmushe.

Sometimes, the so-called life is nothing more than the warmth lingering around a cup of coffee. Haruki Murakami&#39;s words did not discuss the taste of coffee, but they revealed that in many cases, coffee is a comfort to the soul.
Dashan Xiaoshe B&amp;B Cafe is located at the foot of Nanshan Mountain. The open courtyard is staggered, and the stepped terrace has an unobstructed view of the mountain. You can listen to the wind and watch the sunrise and sunset from the railing. The first floor is a coffee bar☕, with a very soft tone, medium-deep roasted freshly ground Italian coffee☕, mellow and delicate. Thick milk dirty coffee is highly recommended (with the precipitation of coffee, each sip of drinking tastes different). It&#39;s a pity that I didn&#39;t taste hand brewing. The second floor is a book bar. The owner of the B&amp;B uses an entire wall as a bookshelf. In the afternoon, you can read books lazily or take a nap, and dream. The old objects that can be seen everywhere in the B&amp;B and the refreshing interior decoration layout show that there is a lot of heart in every place.
Perhaps many people do not understand country coffee, but they have never experienced the sense of detachment and fantasy that country coffee brings.

It turns out that the boss&#39;s name is Lin Jia. Almost all the dishes here are delicious, especially for people who have lived in Xinjiang for a long time. Xinjiang cuisine is known as the best, and the roasted bones are very fragrant.

We ordered their large plate of chicken, which was really expensive, costing 200 dollars, but it was really delicious! The meat was not particularly tender, but a little rough, which is the taste of real chicken! The noodles inside were especially delicious! We also added a portion of cold noodles, which I personally think is a bit too much... There was still a lot left for three people~

One of the best courtyards in Nanshan that has both an artistic and rural feel. It has a comfortable and elegant homestay, a workshop that makes its own handmade tea, and a very special dining room. It serves Xinjiang cuisine made by authentic Xinjiang chefs.
