Three servings of kava were given, but my son didn't like it. I drank one cup and took the rest back to the hotel. The pulled noodles tasted very good and fragrant. The portion was small, so the three of us rushed to eat it all. I ate seven or eight times this amount in other places. The five-course black was also delicious, and my son kept picking it up. We ate all the food in the evening, and our stomachs were not full. It was very comfortable to walk back to the hotel. While waiting, we went into the store to watch a song and dance performance. The waiter kept giving us small cups of kava, and we also met fellow Nanjing people. I particularly like the singing and dancing performances, watching the dances and listening to the good songs. An old man was drunk and went up to dance. When others were concentrating on singing the theme song of "The Visitor on the Iceberg", he wanted to dance with them. The security guard kindly helped him down. My son's final comment was: It was really worth the trip. We waited so long.

Kavas is actually honey beer. I personally think it is sweet, but it tastes very good. It is highly recommended for those who like sweet taste. The grilled fish is delicious. The big plate chicken with Kudai noodles tastes just right and very special.

Maybe because of the cold weather, the food in Urumqi is mainly meat. I especially recommend their lamb chops, which are very tasty and fresh. I don't usually eat beef or mutton, but I also think it's very good.
