I came to Weihai on a business trip again. I ate too much at noon. In the afternoon, we had tea and chatted, but we were not hungry after a while. It was dark outside. I looked at the watch and it was almost eight o'clock. If I didn't eat, I could only barbecue. But there were some people who were more particular, so barbecue was not an option. I found a place I had been to before, but it was closed! Business was good before. It seems that catering is really difficult. Finally, I strolled to this restaurant again. It is also a very popular restaurant. At about 8 o'clock, most people left. The waiter arranged a table for me. The dishes were served quickly after I ordered in front. The taste of home-cooked dishes is quite satisfactory. It is suitable for family dinners and friends' dinners. The amount of food is okay. The container is not small. The clams were not handled well. It was a bit disgusting. It would be better if I spit it out.

I went to the Lao Ma Ge Da Tang restaurant and had Spanish mackerel dumplings and baked sesame cakes, which were good local fisherman's dishes, but the scallops and oysters were too ordinary (they were just steamed and served). Not worth the 32.00 yuan, they were not tasty! I wondered why the oysters were not eaten raw, and my wife said that they were afraid that you would have diarrhea. The shrimps were also ordinary.

The taste is very good, affordable, and the service is very good. I came here specially to taste it.

The food was delicious. The restaurant is quite unique. It's been renovated. I highly recommend it. There's no menu, so you order by looking at the food.
