这家店就在汉口恒隆广场里面，临时一个人过来吃饭，没想到工作日都人挺多的。它家环境还是蛮不错的，整个装修风格古色古香，就餐的氛围现场比较热闹。凉菜拼盘有顺风和皮蛋这些，份量比想象中要足。雪花牛肉很厚实，吃着有嚼劲，黑椒味比较浓郁。羊排没什么羊膻味，肉质鲜嫩多汁，味道还不错。

The decoration is quite interesting and antique. I came here with my friends after get off work on a weekday and ordered a few signature dishes, all of which were delicious.

The spicy aroma of the chili perfectly complements the freshness of the pork slices, each bite bursting with a rich, savory flavor that's incredibly addictive. The fish-fragrant shredded pork is also authentic, with a wonderful balance of sour, sweet, spicy, salty, and savory flavors. The spicy blood curd is absolutely divine, with a rich variety of ingredients, including crunchy tripe, and the numbing and spicy broth is simply divine! 🥵 And the Chu Cai rice wine buns are fantastic! The flavor is unique, with the sweetness of rice wine and a subtle hint of alcohol – simply divine. My friend raved about it afterward, saying they'd definitely come back. This restaurant consistently delivers consistently amazing food, each dish possessing its own unique charm. It's a 490-meter walk from Exit B1 of Zhongshan Park Station on Metro Line 2, making transportation super convenient 🚇 The warm atmosphere immediately puts you at ease. Every signature dish we ordered was amazing 👏. Chucai's braised pork boasts a bright red color and is rich but not greasy. Even my elders, who usually avoid fatty meat, raved about it. 😋 The fries and beef are a hit with everyone, young and old. The fries are crispy, and the beef becomes more fragrant with every chew. Children and adults alike can't stop eating. Chucai Maoxuewang (Chinese bloody pork belly) is a delight for spicy food lovers, with its spicy, fresh, and fragrant flavor. 🌶️ The large fried dough sticks served with soy milk and ice cream are a creative creation and became a favorite among the children the moment they arrived. The sweetness of the soy milk, the coolness of the ice cream, and the crispy fried dough sticks create a rich and wonderful taste. Overall, the menu here is rich and diverse, perfect for family gatherings or gatherings with friends.
