Lao Ma's chili fried pork is a home-cooked side dish, and I still like it very much. The beef brisket in the wide noodles is tender, with bones, meat and tendons, and it is chewy and delicious. The wide noodles are edible, and in the end there are some leftovers because I didn’t finish the noodles.
