The shepherd's purse wonton tastes pretty good. The crab roe soup dumplings are a bit greasy, depending on personal preference.

I went to Huishan Ancient Town for a visit. I was tired and wanted to find a place to eat to replenish my energy. I searched online and found that this restaurant is very famous for its dumplings. I navigated there and ordered crab roe soup dumplings. Although it was relatively expensive, the taste was really good.
We came to Wuxi for breakfast! [呲牙] After eating crab meat dumplings [色] and wontons with eight kinds of fillings [色][色], we left again!! It was so delicious! We also visited Huishan Ancient Town [呲牙][呲牙], thank you brothers and sisters
【This Yiqin Garden was heard to have been on the Chinese Bite of China. 】 📝There is an old brand in Huishan Ancient Town. The rolling, pinching and stuffing of the Xiaolongbao here are all done with ancient techniques. The color of the skin is more yellow than the Xiaolongbao in Wuxi City today. 🤨It is said that the original wheat flour is added, so the skin color is wheat-colored. The method of making Xiaolongbao here is also different. After steaming, there are no protruding lumps on the top of the Xiaolongbao. The steaming time is strictly 8 minutes, so the waiting time is a little longer🕐 👉Fresh meat Xiaolongbao Eight in a basket, you can start with four~ After all, I am smart😆 The whole Xiaolongbao is full of fillings, a large piece of meat, Not so sweet, even a little crab roe taste? (I guess it is steamed with crab roe Xiaolongbao🙊) It tastes good, and the skin here feels softer than Xishengyuan 🗾Environment: It is very simple and quaint. The outdoor heat is not so obvious here. The big bamboo shed and ceiling fan above the head bring coolness. You can even see a big stage, like listening to Pingtan rap in the theater of the past. ☑️If you come to Wuxi, you must come here to experience China on the tip of the tongue🤪 🍽【Food Guide】 📍Detailed address: No. 17, Changshouli, Zhijie, Huishan Ancient Town (Wuxi) 🚗Transportation Guide: Bus No. 4, Huishan Ancient Town 🕙Business hours: 7:30-17:30 💰Per capita consumption: 15 yuan
Qinyuan Xiaolongbao is a well-known brand in Wuxi. It has strict material selection, fine workmanship and exquisite seasoning. It is a well-known traditional snack brand in the Jiangnan region. Its characteristics are that the skin will not break when it is picked up, the bottom will not leak when it is turned over, and the mouth is full of sauce when you suck it. It tastes fresh and not greasy. The only problem is that the store is too old and the hygiene is a little poor. The crab meat dumplings are more delicious than the fresh meat ones, and not as sweet.
『December 16, 2017』 Dudududu, Wuxi Tour This time, the only Xiaolongbao! Unlike last time, I ate it all the time, but this time, I only had one~ There seem to be two stores of this kind here, but from everyone's photos of the environment, it should be this one. There is a big curtain at the door~ It's really unbearable in such a cold weather! As soon as someone comes in, there is a cold wind~ It makes people feel chilly.
Yi Qin Yuan, featured on A Bite of China, is undoubtedly a leader in the soup dumpling world. The main branch in Huishan Ancient Town is Yi Qin Yuan's first location, and it's been around for many years. Despite its small size, it's a bustling business, often selling out in the afternoon, so be sure to get in early.
Before Huishan Town's toll collection started, I visited the main Yiqinyuan branch. Wuxi Xiaolongbao (xiaolongbao) is known for its sweet and fragrant flavor, particularly suited to the Jiangnan (South China) taste. Perhaps because the main branch is located in a tourist area, the xiaolongbao wasn't very sweet, and the meat filling was a bit fishy, which was a bit disappointing. The wonton soup, however, was drizzled with lard, a tempting touch. After enjoying the standard xiaolongbao, we continued our exploration of Huishan Town.
