The appearance and taste of the saliva fish are both amazing. I want to eat it with rice.

1️⃣ Nanchang Tietou Stir-fry Restaurant (p1-4) 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 5-star recommendation Super delicious!! Very fragrant and spicy! It was really spicy, so spicy that we had to rinse it off by the end. But it was truly delicious, every dish was tasty. If I were from Nanchang, I would definitely repurchase here. 2️⃣ Wuyuan Wujiang Restaurant (p5-9) 🌟🌟🌟🌟 4-star rating This is also the restaurant with the longest queues in Wuyuan. We arrived at 3:30 PM and got the first table that opened at 4:30 PM. Overall, I was very satisfied with the taste! The fish was seasoned beautifully! The fish itself had a somewhat unidentifiable flavor. The spiciness was moderate, not as spicy as Tietou. 3️⃣ Jingdezhen Sanbao Food Tour (p10-12) 🌟🌟🌟✨3.5 stars, OK I ate it in Sanbao Village. It was delicious. But it felt average, typical of a chain restaurant. Not too spicy, quite delicious. It lacked the wok-like aroma of Tietou, haha, who knows. 4️⃣ Nanchang Fatty Boiled in Water (p13) 🌟🌟🌟✨3.5 stars, OK It was slightly spicy, but quite spicy! Delicious. The soy products were delicious, but the flavor was a bit hard to remember. 5️⃣ Jingdezhen Lele Food Stall (p14-17) 🌟🌟🌟3 stars, OK A popular online restaurant with long lines. The taste was just average. I wouldn't want to repurchase after trying it once. The chicken feet were still soft and delicious! The shrimp was unusually spicy. The rice wine egg drop soup was delicious, hahaha. 6️⃣ Wuyuan is the best. 🌟🌟 2-star rating, not recommended. The taxi driver said Wujiang Restaurant would be so crowded that it couldn't get a table. So I went to Wengong North Road. I found a random place with decent reviews. The taste was average—not terrible, but I wasn't going to eat there either, haha.
