young-liuGreat decoration environment. The hand-made fish ball soup and abalone rice are my favorites. The former is really rare, and the latter is 80% of the abalone rice is so delicious. The fish balls in the hand-made fish ball soup are similar to fish fillets, with a very tough texture. The soup itself is delicious and refreshing. The fish skin adds a crisp taste. Even the ginger shreds that I usually don’t like the most taste just right. The mustard octopus is indeed different from what I eat around Tongji. The mustard is moderately spicy and just the right choking. The octopus is also a large and refreshing octopus. 230 per person, the taste is worth it. I really want to try its chic rice and other seafood again.

☛Passion fruit juice apple: The apple soaked in passion fruit juice full of vitamin C has just the right sweetness and sourness. ☛Greedy duck tongue: The best stewed food is duck tongue, which is just right for the taste. The seasoning is just right and it makes your lips tingle. ☛Steamed dragon fish with tree seeds: The proportion of tree seeds and dragon fish fillet echo each other. The fillet is soft and tender, and the soup is refreshing. It can be served as a main dish for three or four people, or as a dish for a table dinner. ☛Don't forget to take away the pineapple cakes that are only given away before leaving~
It should be said that it is a family restaurant with good taste and color. The dining environment and service are very good. The presentation of the dishes is the same, and the taste is exquisite. You can also feel the care of the Changchun chef, but the overall feeling is that the cost performance is not that high in Xiamen.
Dining here is definitely a luxurious experience Before visiting this restaurant, I might have thought that I had eaten at some "high-end" restaurants, but after visiting, I clearly realized the difference between "luxury" and "exquisite". If I remember correctly, the restaurant's area is very similar to the third floor of JFC Center's C Building. The interior scene after getting out of the elevator shocked me. Unfortunately, I went to the restaurant for dinner and was unable to appreciate the scenery outside the restaurant's large floor-to-ceiling windows. In addition to the restaurant's decoration style, the dishes it serves are also extremely luxurious. One dish that I still remember vividly is "Hawthorn Goose Liver with Sturgeon Caviar" (unfortunately I didn't take a good picture). The goose liver and hawthorn were divided into two layers, and with a gentle scoop of a spoon, the two ingredients were taken out together. When tasting it, the dense texture of the goose liver, coupled with the sweet and sour embellishment of the hawthorn, made the whole dish a perfect match. Another dish that impressed me was the "Private Chef Leaf Seafood Clam Chicken Soup". I personally think that this dish is not inferior to other restaurants that use "Coconut Chicken" as a selling point. The soup is full of coconut aroma. In addition to the aroma of chicken soup, the sweetness of coconut is also very distinct. It is definitely not a simple "coconut and chicken boiled together". If you are dining with two people, I personally recommend ordering the two dishes I mentioned above, plus the "Singapore Cereal Little Green Dragon" and "Lemongrass and Spicy Lamb", leaving behind a wonderful memory at a moderately high price.
Because of XFUN's recommendation, I have been thinking about this restaurant when I came to Xiamen. Today, I finally checked in as I wished. Jason's recommendation was indeed correct. It is worth going there specially. The restaurant style is industrial style, and the food style is a combination of Chinese and Western styles, but it suits our taste. I especially like a few dishes, but I can't remember the names. The pictures are above, haha.
I haven't written a review for a long time, but I have to write one today. I have been traveling in Xiamen for a month. I look for food everywhere every day. The overall feeling is that the ingredients are fresh. The most impressive thing is the soy sauce and sea fish, which tastes delicious. This place gave me a different feeling. Whether it is the decoration style or the service, as well as the taste and presentation of the dishes, they are all impeccable. Thank you to the chefs for their careful cooking. After eating, I feel happy. I will come again before leaving Xiamen.
Yuanyang Private Kitchen always offers wonderful dining experiences. With its exquisite dishes and stylish ambiance, it's undoubtedly a top choice for entertaining guests. My absolute favorite is the #Hawthorn Foie Gras with Sturgeon Caviar# dish. Each ingredient is truly precious, and the sweet and sour hawthorn adds a subtle flavor. Topped with gold foil, it's truly a delicacy. #Chicken Soup with Elephant Skin Clams# is a creative way to enjoy it, a bit like an upgraded version of earthworm jelly. One bite at a time, it's so satisfying! #Singapore Cereal with Small Blue Dragon# features plump small blue lobster meat with a firm texture. Paired with cereal, it's a sweet and spicy treat—quite delicious. #Coconut Clam Chicken Soup# Blanch the fresh clam meat in the pot right after the chicken soup is served, and it's ready to eat. It's incredibly delicious. My second visit to Yuanyang was once again filled with happiness.
