仙居八大碗(白塔神仙居店)

This is a restaurant named after the Eight Great Bowls, but we have already tasted a lot of them in other restaurants, so we only ordered a salty and sour rice and a bowl of vermicelli soup. The two of us eat a lot, and the salty and sour rice has shredded white radish, which I have never eaten elsewhere; the vermicelli soup has a lot of vermicelli, which tastes delicious.

In fact, it means that the Eight Immortals came to the world, and the hospitable people of Xianju invited the Eight Immortals to sit down and drink and eat. At that time, one person cooked a good dish (i.e., Caihe lotus seeds, Xiangzi sea cucumber, Zhongli Fanwan meat, Guojiu soaked fish, Dongbin big fish, Tieguai knocked meat, Xiangu pork skin soaked, Guolao tofu), which has been passed down to the present. The Eight Great Bowls of Xianju is the orthodox recipe for entertaining guests and friends in the Xianju people. It has a long history, authentic ingredients, exquisite production, and profound cultural origins. It is the classic of Xianju's traditional food culture. In addition to the Eight Great Bowls, there are many other delicacies in the store, and the taste is also very good. It is worth a try!

The big face tofu is good, the taste of old tofu. The salt and pepper stream fish is also good, very fragrant. The knock meat is not as good as expected, very bland. Cao Guojiu's bubble fish is a pit, just 5 pieces of dough. It's not as fragrant as eating fried dough sticks. Instead, I ordered a pumpkin vine, which is quite refreshing.

It is a local specialty of Xianju and is very famous. We ordered the dishes according to the pictures on the wall. It is said that every table ordered the same dishes and they were indeed delicious. My favorite was the big-face tofu, which had a strong tofu flavor and the soup was very delicious. We also ordered a dish with a special name, called Knock-Knock Meat, which tasted good as well.

This is a very distinctive local traditional food. It is said that it was once the main dish at local wedding banquets.
