We searched for this farm stay on the Internet and ordered stir-fried Guanyin vegetables, Guolao tofu (one of the eight great dishes in Xianju, with a strong bean flavor), Shenxian chicken soup (said to be the best in Xianju, with a layer of yellow chicken oil and quite fragrant), Tieguai knocked meat (one of the eight great dishes in Xianju, also a soup, a bit repetitive), fried vermicelli, wheat cakes (delicious), and sour plum soup.

After coming down from Shenxianju, we arrived at the hotel. Looking at the map, we found that the hotels were concentrated near the North Gate, about ten minutes’ drive away. This hotel and B&B is located in the village. We ordered a set meal, but the three of us couldn't finish it because the portions were huge. The chicken soup is very well cooked. I can’t say it’s free range chicken, but at least it’s fresh and not frozen. There is a menu, or you can order directly from the freezer and vegetable shelves. I can't really describe what this vegetable is. It tastes similar to wood ear vegetable, but has a fresh fragrance and is very delicious. The stir-fried pork is salty and sweet, not spicy.
