游侠半仙After three days of visiting Qinghai Lake, Chaka Salt Lake and Ta'er Temple, we checked into the Mercure Yile Hotel and came to this restaurant founded in 1990.
The operation is flexible. We ordered two skewers of roasted lamb, lamb blood sausage and beef tripe, and a small piece of hand-pulled lamb. The above dishes tasted very good. Good quality and low price. We also ordered Xunhua Ga noodles to see what ingredients they are made of.
There were many people dining, and the tables were full. Other diners were invited to the second floor.

It's really cheap and affordable. I can still find a store with such a high cost performance. I chose half a catty of hand-pulled lamb, half a catty of braised lamb and some other miscellaneous items for a total of only 136 yuan. It's delicious and not expensive.
The main store of Muslim Gamusa Food City has many famous local snacks. If you have breakfast here, you will feel that there are many, many things.
The barbecue is excellent and it is a great choice to bring friends together for a gathering.
Standing before the red rock face of the upper Yellow River, with the azure reservoir behind them, I excitedly waved at the camera. Hello everyone! Today, I'll show you Qinghai's most underrated treasure: Longyangxia! It's not Chaka, it's not Qinghai Lake; it's the "geological museum" of the upper Yellow River. Explore the canyon's secrets for just 1,000 yuan! Expand the hand-drawn map Here comes the highlight! Depart from Xining with a shared car (80 yuan/person), taking National Highway G109. The route is filled with expansive plateau canyons! Stay at a Tibetan-style guesthouse in Longyangxia Town (160 yuan/night for a double room, 80 yuan per person). The owner makes authentic hand-pulled lamb! Cut to the dam scene. First stop: Longyangxia Dam (free!)! Standing atop the 200-meter-high concrete behemoth, the Yellow River beneath you suddenly turns emerald green! Remember to look for the stone tablet that reads "The First Dam of the Ten Thousand Miles of the Yellow River." Wear a red dress for a stunning photo opportunity! Mysteriously lowering your voice. But the real secret lies—300 meters underground! Join the dam exploration tour (80 yuan per person), take an elevator deep into the mountain, and watch the generators beating like a giant's heart! The water droplets seeping from the tunnel walls are the blood of the Qilian Mountains! Pick up your phone For lunch, head to a halal restaurant! Must-order the "Yellow River Carp Noodles" (28 yuan) and "Yak Yogurt" (5 yuan), which are 40 yuan per person and you can eat until you're full! Don't eat in the scenic area; a bowl of noodles will set you back 68 yuan! Evening Scene Go to Longyang Lake to watch the sunset (free)! Take a fisherman's boat (60 yuan per boat, seats 4, 15 yuan per person). The azure water suddenly reflects the crimson rock walls, like an overturned palette! Remember to bring an empty bottle to fill with "Yellow River Source Water"; locals say it's incredibly invigorating! The next morning, wake up at 5 a.m.! Hike the "Dangjia Temple-Ayihai Village" ancient trail (free), traversing the red sandstone canyon! The wind-eroded rock walls look like they've been ripped by a giant beast, and Tibetan Buddhist prayer flags flutter in the wind! At noon, we went to Dangjia Temple for butter tea (10 yuan) and watched lamas debate. The red-robed monks danced beneath the white pagoda, like blazing flames! Careful calculations Total bill: 160 yuan for transportation + 80 yuan for accommodation + 220 yuan for food + 80 yuan for entrance fees + 15 yuan for boat tickets + 145 yuan for snacks = 700 yuan! That left 300 yuan for emergencies! Winking at the camera Tips: Bring goggles, as the canyon is incredibly windy and sandy; wear non-slip shoes, as the rock faces are covered in gravel. Most importantly… be sure to wait for a sandstorm in Ayihai Village. When the sky is filled with yellow dust, the entire canyon roars! Next episode, I'll take you to discover more of Earth's wildness, so stay tuned! #WatchTheSunsetInTheEvening #FindTheFirstStoneSteleOnTheYellowRiver #WaveExcitedlyAtTheCamera
