A very satisfying meal. The restaurant is in an alley and it is not easy to find because of road construction, but there are still many customers. It can be seen that they are all repeat customers. I did not order the signature cumin lamb, but ordered the fried lamb with green onions that I like. It is very delicious and affordable. The cumin tendon is a pleasant surprise. It is not sticky at all. It is very large and tender. The portion is also very large. The big bowl of mutton soup is really good. How can you come to Xuzhou without a bowl of mutton soup? I am very satisfied with it here. In short, this restaurant is highly recommended.

It's been open for over 30 years, and mostly locals come. I find it reasonably priced, delicious, and generously portioned, so I come here often. It still tastes the same after all these years. My favorite dishes are the lamb dumplings, the mutton in broth, the braised lamb offal, and the mutton stewed noodles. Every flavor is exceptional, especially the mutton in broth and the mutton dumplings, which are incredibly fresh and delicious, and you can't find them anywhere else. Occasionally, when I'm feeling cravings, I go alone, grab a takeaway, and then make some snacks at home. That's a truly delicious meal. If there's a group, I tend to eat there. In the summer, they often give me a watermelon or something, and it's always a big one. It's incredibly sweet and delicious.
