Yangyanghong Restaurant in Yantai Development Zone is an old restaurant that serves authentic Shandong cuisine. The seafood here is absolutely fresh. The owner is a local Yantai native and is very honest. He also gives away big apples when you eat. The taste is super good. It is a good place for gatherings.

This restaurant is definitely not for drinking red wine. Don't be fooled by the name. This restaurant actually serves seafood, and they also have my favorite hairy crabs, which are all very plump and delicious.

The seafood at Yangyanghong Hotel is pretty good. The seafood here is rich in variety and relatively fresh, including fresh conchs, clams, shrimps, etc. The oysters stewed with tofu, spicy fried fat shells, etc. are delicious, the prices are moderate, and the dining environment is comfortable.

The swan eggs were delicious and generous in size. The atmosphere was a bit noisy, like a food stall. The owner even gave us candied sweet potatoes.

The service is indeed good, but the environment is a bit messy and noisy. It is difficult to comment on the price of the dishes. The taste is just average. There are too many onions and peppers, which I personally feel masked the taste of the seafood.
