宜蘭鹵之鄉

This braised food shop is super big, it's the largest one in Yilan. The braised food here in Taiwan is a little too sweet, nothing else is special. The duck intestines and quail eggs are delicious, and the pig's feet are very fat.

The duck is super delicious. It doesn't look amazing. But you can tell the quality is good when you eat it. The meat is tender and tasty, with clear texture and rich marinade. The inherent greasy feeling of duck is completely eliminated here, leaving a lasting aftertaste.

I have eaten it several times and it tastes very good. I especially like their dragon tail bones, which are very delicious. The more you chew, the more delicious it is.

I particularly like their chicken wings, which become more and more delicious the more I eat them, and they are perfect with a beer.

Their stewed food is really delicious. It tastes great.
