爱吃甜食的白月光.Choosing the Kuiran Hotel was the luckiest decision of my trip to Lijiang! The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, just a few minutes' walk from the entrance to Baisha Ancient Town. You can immerse yourself in the rustic charm of the Naxi people without any hassle, and it's super convenient to return home after a long day of sightseeing. The most amazing thing is the view. Opening the balcony door of my room, the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain unfolds before my eyes without any obstruction. The morning sunlight shining on the snow-capped peaks creates a breathtakingly beautiful scene, so stunning that every snapshot is a masterpiece without any filter.
The service was also incredibly heartwarming. From the enthusiastic welcome at check-in to the proactive recommendations for local off-the-beaten-path experiences, the staff were patient and attentive throughout, treating us like friends. Staying with friends, the room was spacious and comfortable, with complete and high-quality amenities. The soft, skin-friendly bedding ensured a good night's sleep.
In my leisure time, sitting on the hotel terrace, enjoying the mountain breeze, and gazing at the distant snow-capped mountains and the smoke rising from the nearby ancient town, was incredibly relaxing and therapeutic. Whether it's the convenience of travel, the stunning scenery, or the thoughtful service, Kuiran Hotel perfectly met our expectations for our trip to Lijiang. We will definitely stay here again next time we come to Baisha!
My first stop in Yulong was this snow mountain hotel, and I was blown away! Kuiran View of Snow Mountain and Sea of Clouds is definitely the best-located hotel I've ever stayed at. You can watch the sunrise over the snow-capped peaks right from your bed! 🌄 It's only a 5-minute walk from Baisha Ancient Town, super convenient! 🏨Hotel Highlights: 1⃣️The Snow Mountain Garden Café is amazing! Boasting an unbeatable view of the snow-capped mountains, their hand-drip coffee is incredibly delicious, and the desserts are exquisite. The address is No. 22, Group 1, Mudu Village, Baisha Town, within the hotel grounds. I recommend going around 3-4 pm when the sunlight is perfect for stunning portraits. 2⃣️The rooms have 180-degree floor-to-ceiling windows directly facing Yulong Snow Mountain. You can see the sunrise over the golden peaks as soon as you open your eyes in the morning! The butler even thoughtfully brings hot milk to help with altitude sickness. 3⃣️The breakfast deserves high praise! The freshly made rice noodles are even better than what you can buy outside! 4⃣️The complimentary rose petal cakes from the hotel are delicious! I specifically ordered six boxes to take home! You absolutely must try it! 🏯Nearby Attractions: Baisha Ancient Town, just a 5-minute walk away, is fantastic for exploring! It retains the most original Naxi ethnic style; I recommend going in the morning to avoid crowds and take better photos. Be sure to buy the steamed buns at the entrance of the ancient town – the rose-filled ones are incredibly delicious! 💡Tips: ✔️Bring a thick coat! The temperature difference between day and night is significant. ✔️I recommend staying 2-3 nights to see the snow mountain scenery at different times of day. ✔️Choose a room with a snow mountain view – it's definitely worth the price! This hotel truly has the most attentive service I've ever experienced! The butler is available 24/7, and they even helped recommend local specialties we wanted to buy. They even gave us delicious Pu'er tea as a parting gift! 🍵 #JadeDragonSnowMountain #BaishaAncientTown #YunnanHotelRecommendation #SnowMountainB&B #VacationOutfit

Traveling to Baisha Ancient Town in Lijiang with my daughter, the luckiest choice was staying at the Kuiran Hotel! Stepping into the guesthouse, we were immediately soothed by its rustic wood design, warm yellow lighting, and lush greenery, instantly relieving our travel fatigue. The room was surprisingly clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable against the skin, and my daughter exclaimed, "It feels like sleeping on a cloud!" as soon as she lay down. We could even catch a glimpse of the distant snow-capped mountains through the window, and opening the curtains in the morning revealed a refreshing view. Breakfast was absolutely perfect! The freshly baked flower cakes were crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, with a rich rose aroma; my daughter ate two and still wanted more. The freshly cooked rice noodles were generously topped with flavorful broth, paired with local pickled vegetables—warming and refreshing. The coffee was the most amazing; the beans were fragrant and rich. Whether it was the crisp Americano or the smooth latte, you could taste the owner's dedication. Sitting in the courtyard in the morning, enjoying the sunshine and coffee, was so pleasant we didn't want to move. The guesthouse owner and staff were incredibly welcoming, patiently recommending less-traveled ways to experience the ancient town and even helping us with our luggage. The overall experience was fantastic. The clean and comfortable environment, delicious food, and attentive service made this family trip even warmer. Next time I'm in Baisha, I'll definitely stay at Kuiran again!
The scenery is absolutely stunning! My room had a view of Jade Dragon Snow Mountain right outside the window. No need to get up early to squeeze into the scenic area; I could just lie in bed and watch the "Golden Mountain Sunrise"—as dawn breaks, the snow-capped peaks are slowly bathed in golden-red sunlight. It's ten times more breathtaking to see with the naked eye than in photos! This experience was definitely worth the room rate. The breakfast was incredibly delicious! Not fancy at all, just home-style: thick, creamy porridge, warm, soft steamed buns, and local Lijiang pickled vegetables—it was all so delicious. No need to rush out to find breakfast; just sit in the courtyard and enjoy the snow-capped mountain view—so relaxing! The accommodation was also hassle-free. The hotel is a 5-minute walk from Baisha Ancient Town. After exploring, I could collapse on the sofa, look at the fireplace (you can even warm yourself by it in winter), chat with the owner about local sightseeing, and relax without any hassle. If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing trip to Baisha, where you can enjoy a hot breakfast while gazing at the snow-capped mountains, this is the place to be!
Finding this secluded snow-capped mountain resort in Baisha, Lijiang, finally revealed the true meaning of "secluded retreat." Stepping outside, you're immediately embraced by Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, undisturbed by the hustle and bustle, accompanied only by the mountain breeze and birdsong. The booked snow-capped mountain view room was a delightful surprise. Waking up in the morning, you could capture the breathtaking sunrise over the mountain; at dusk, soaking in the bathtub while watching the snow-capped peaks gradually turn shrouded in twilight was incredibly soothing. The room blends natural wood with Naxi elements, the bedding is soft and comfortable, underfloor heating and a humidifier thoughtfully keep the room warm, and branded toiletries add a touch of luxury. The public areas hold even more surprises. The rooftop observation deck offers a superb vantage point, perfect for sipping freshly brewed Pu'er tea while watching the sea of clouds drift among the snow-capped mountains; the fireplace-lit reading area in the courtyard is cozy and inviting, with a bonfire and folk music in the evening. The personalized butler service is meticulous, not only arranging airport pick-up in advance but also recommending off-the-beaten-path hiking routes and providing seasonal fruits and evening desserts. A five-minute walk will take you to Baisha Ancient Town. After strolling through its quaint streets and alleys, you can return to the hotel and find tranquility once again. Here, you'll find both the grandeur of snow-capped mountains visible from your window and the elegance of fragrant flowers behind closed doors.
