There is a street full of restaurants at the Huangguoshu Tourist Service Center, and several of them have group purchases. I was a little hungry this time, so I chose a set meal with more people. Two people ordered a pig's trotter hot pot meal for 3-4 people, which was really filling. The sour plum soup was super delicious, sour and sweet, rich and mellow. The green vegetables in the vegetable platter were also very delicious, ginseng vegetables, a local wild vegetable, tasted like black fungus vegetables, slippery. Amaranth is rarely eaten, and it tastes very fresh.

I recommend the sour soup fish and beef with skin. They tasted really good. I ate a lot. They were sour and sweet. They were delicious! The other dishes were also very good. The taste was very suitable for me. I give them a thumbs up!
