Noma is a very good restaurant with innovative cuisine. It is definitely worth a try if one can afford the hefty price. This restaurant is more of an experience rather than a traditional meal.

米其林二星餐厅，在哥本哈根的近郊，反正本来城市就不大，做的都是有机的蔬菜，自己有一个很大的农场，这个蔬菜的确好吃，不过价格也美丽。

This Michelin two-star restaurant is located in the suburbs of Copenhagen. The city is not big anyway, and all the vegetables used are organic. They have a large farm of their own. The vegetables are indeed delicious, but the price is also reasonable.

A simple restaurant by the sea in Copenhagen. Although it only has two Michelin stars, if you are a foodie, this is definitely a milestone restaurant in your life [enjoyable]. Every morning, hunters shoot 70 wild ducks freshly. NOMA will select the best ones and bake them at low temperature for five hours. The duck meat is not specially seasoned, but it is very sweet. I thought it was inedible if it was half-cooked, but it was surprisingly smooth. The amazing dessert was a variety of chocolates, each with a different taste and unique shape, served with egg nog.

Noma

Almanak, a popular restaurant in Copenhagen&#39;s Nyhavn district, is doing so well that it is open every day in the standard building. There are two restaurants and a jazz bar. The other restaurant is the studio, a popular one-star restaurant. The local shrimps are very fresh and sweet. While eating, you can look at hundreds of people on the other side. Rice&#39;s NOMA 😂

The exquisite presentation makes each dish seem like a work of art, both beautiful and delicious.

You can see the bakers working in the open kitchen of the restaurant. Lunch is also available from 10:00 to 15:00.
We ordered three types (sweet, savory and sour dough bread) for breakfast.
- Berliner: One of the famous dishes of this restaurant is the Berliner doughnut, which is quite unexpected. The fried crispy crust does not taste greasy and heavy. The outer layer is sprinkled with sugar but it does not feel too sweet, and the overall texture is very soft. The best Berliner I have eaten so far is not in Germany, but in Denmark.
- Sausage roll: Sausage roll, so fresh and fragrant. Not only is the crust crispy, but there are also a lot of fennel seeds mixed in the sausage inside, which also prevents the minced meat from being too solid and affecting the taste. The crispy crust is crispy and not greasy, and the two of us can enjoy it. Alas, if this one is hot, it is estimated that the taste will be doubled!
- Sour dough bread with ham: The texture of the bread is really good, and the crust does not feel too hard. Add to that the various seeds mixed in, it is really fragrant. It is served with raw ham (it depends on personal preference, if you don&#39;t like it, you can choose jam) and whipped salted butter.
The only coffee is machine-brewed drip coffee, which is a bit similar to Juno. I found that the coffee beans used by Juno, Lille and Hart are all from Prolog.
Three dishes are just enough for two people, and a cup of coffee per person costs a total of 180dkk. Friends who go after 10 o&#39;clock can order some hot food as brunch directly. In winter, a hot meal is a must.

It&#39;s a high-end restaurant with high ceilings and a mezzanine. The dishes are delicately prepared, the fish is good, and Nordic deep-sea fish is a specialty. The red wine is also good, Denmark&#39;s own.
