The Beijing restaurant in Quito, the capital of Ecuador, grilled Ecuadorian white shrimps are very tender, and the taste is completely different from the white shrimps shipped back from China. The ingredients are very fresh, all fresh from the local market. If you miss the taste of home in Quito, go here. The boss is also very down-to-earth, taking care of us very thoughtfully, and also shared with us a lot of local anecdotes that we have never heard of. I am very happy that my friend recommended this restaurant. I can still eat such authentic Chinese food even though I am thousands of kilometers away from home. Thumbs up!

La casa del camgrejo is a delightful place that fills your nostrils with delicious aromas as soon as you walk in. The staff is nice and attentive, not to mention the red mangrejo crab.
