You can see that the main thing for this restaurant is the customers and the salmon, which is the main feature of this restaurant. This restaurant is not for making money, but willing to do everything for the customers. I have never had better salmon in my life than this restaurant. The food is delicious and looks very good. The restaurant is like a museum, everyone here is very polite and will tell you and show you how their main product is made. This restaurant is really good. If you come to Oslo, you must come to this restaurant to try the best salmon in the world.

When you come to Santa Claus Village, you can't miss the charcoal-grilled salmon here. Santa's Salmon Place is located at ARCTIC CIRCLE 66 32'35", in a snow tent next to the post office. The tent is not big and is covered with snow. It is easy to be overlooked. The restaurant is not big. There is a stove in the middle of the tent, where delicious salmon is being grilled. There are only a few simple tables next to it. There are some animal furs around the top of the tent. It is very warm in this tent. The wooden menu has two sides, front and back. There are only 3 items on the front. The back is hot and cold drinks.         Main course: Fresh salmon cooked on an open fire, served with Finnish salad and bread  22€         Must-try snacks: Traditional Finnish cheese with homemade cloudberry jam  6€            Dessert: Scandinavian cheesecake 6€        We only ordered one main course, which was enough for two people. The salmon was grilled on site. It was being grilled when we arrived, and the whole tent was filled with the mouth-watering aroma of grilled salmon. Because it is freshly grilled, it takes about 20 minutes to wait. It is said that there are so many people who come here to eat salmon that they need to wait in line. The delicious salmon was served on a special wooden plate. The longitude of the store was printed next to the plate, and even the fork was made of wood. Usually, salmon is eaten raw as sashimi. This is the first time I have tried grilled salmon. The salmon is already marinated and delicious, so it can be enjoyed directly. The grilled salmon has a crispy skin, super tender fish meat, and is full of fat and sweetness. The accompanying salad tastes good too.

The internet-famous charcoal-grilled salmon restaurant in Santa Claus Village. I had seen many people recommend it before coming here. The price is actually not bad, because a 22 euro set meal is really a whole piece of thick salmon, served with a piece of bread and yogurt, delicious. In fact, this restaurant is next to the wooden landmark, the small conical wooden house. We just passed by and looked for a long time before we found it. It is also next to the Santa Claus Village Post Office. Go early, because if there are many people, you have to wait. Fortunately, we went early and there was a batch of grilled salmon. We waited for about 15 minutes and ate it. Later, my friend wanted to add more and had to wait for 40 minutes, so he gave up. The salmon skin was very banana-like and a bit bitter, so I didn't eat it, although I saw that others had eaten it. The fish was cooked just right, but I personally think the best part is the part near the fish belly because it has more fat.

It is one of the few cost-effective restaurants in Santa Claus Village. It is a big tree house full of tourists. I ordered the special grilled salmon. During the waiting process, the service staff was very friendly and also provided some snacks. I watched the salmon and ate it in moderation, otherwise I would get tired of it.

The environment is really unique, and the taste has nothing to do with the word "food".
