When you arrive in Paris, you must have a romantic meal. To be honest, the price is really expensive. We went to the restaurant. In fact, the locals are still quite casual when dining.

This is a French restaurant ranked in the top 10 on the Paris food list. The decoration of the entire restaurant is very exquisite and elegant, giving people a simple and noble feeling. The service of the entire restaurant is very thoughtful, and every dish is very exquisite. Here you can taste authentic French gas, and paired with a bottle of red wine, the taste is really wonderful.

This is my first time to try a Michelin-starred restaurant. It was a long time ago, but I still remember it clearly. The reservation was actually quite hasty. We decided to go there about four days before the target time. I thought it was difficult to book a three-star restaurant, and I almost gave up hope, but I didn't expect to be disappointed in the end. At first, I chose Epicure and Alain Ducasse at Plaza Athénée. I consulted a chef friend who works in a three-star restaurant in Paris, and he said that the former tasted better and the latter had a more wonderful environment. When I made the reservation, Epicure replied that there were no seats for dinner, so I had to settle for lunch. We arrived at the restaurant on time at noon. The environment and atmosphere were pretty good, and the garden was a bit cute. We didn't order a set menu, but ordered the appetizers, main courses and desserts we wanted. It was summer when we went there, which was a good season for caviar and lobster. We ordered pink champagne for the aperitif, and a snack was served with the aperitif. After the snack, another appetizer was served, but it was not caviar. Because I didn't order this part, I was really a little surprised when it was served. Later I learned that there was a snack between each course. I didn’t feel at ease until the waiter put the shell spoon for eating caviar on the table. The presentation of the main course, blue lobster, disappointed my friend and I a little. In terms of the cooking method, I think the blue lobster at Epicure didn’t taste as good as the lobster I had later at L'Ambroisie. After the lobster, there was a soup made with the lobster meat from the claws of the lobster, and the taste was average. The two of us were actually full after eating these dishes. The rumor that "Michelin restaurants are not full" has finally been proven in practice. We were not interested in cheese and skipped it. And since there was another meal in the evening, my friend decided to give up dessert to save his strength. As a lover of French desserts, I always have a "second stomach" specially prepared for dessert. But I was still conservative and ordered the lightest one: lemon sorbet with pear. The lemon sorbet was made into the shape of a whole lemon. With a spoonful, you can find that the hollow lemon is filled with pear meat. The taste is very refreshing, highly recommended! The snacks between the main course and dessert are two things that my friends jokingly call "liquid candied haws". I ignored the waiter's verbal introduction, so I didn't understand what it was specifically, haha. Anyway, I got three stars for the first time at Michelin, so I'm pretty satisfied, right?

The restaurant is decorated in a warm French style, the service is OK, and they speak English. The menu has an English version, there are many coffee choices, and the dishes are very distinctive, which are Asian fusion dishes. There are porridge, Vietnamese sandwiches, and pandan juice chiffon cake (many people order!). We ordered an egg toast with pandan chicken + a vegetarian meal. The portion is large, the ingredients are very fresh, the combination is healthy, and the taste is pretty good. It is very comfortable to sit in a cafe on a rainy day. It is easy to be healed.
