RESTAURANT CYRANO

Cyrano Restaurant is located in the center of Budapest, close to Vas Street. It was awarded the title of Michelin Knife and Fork in 2018. The restaurant's red pepper chicken and red stewed beef are its signature dishes, which are also specialties of Budapest. The dishes taste remarkable, and the prices are still very affordable for a Michelin-level restaurant.

I have traveled to many countries, but I love Budapest, especially the food here. Hungarian food has a strong flavor, and many dishes are added with fried onions, peppers, and tomatoes to increase their rich taste. Hungary's "salami" sausage, goose liver, chicken, and wine are world-famous. In addition, its beef stew with potatoes, spicy chicken with diced noodles, pork and sauerkraut, Budapest steak, roast pork elbow with onion potatoes, chocolate sauce soft cake, etc. are also unique.

Budapest after the snow. I just left here for Greece two days ago. It hadn't snowed yet. How come there was snow on the ground in just two or three days? I think Budapest after the snow is more in line with our aesthetics - the ancient buildings are covered with white snow.

This western restaurant has a bit of Italian style. The dishes are very distinctive, especially the tuna salad and salmon scrambled eggs, which taste very good. The foie gras rice is also delicious.
