Borkonyha is a Michelin one-star restaurant in Budapest, located in the center of Pest, next to St. Stephen's Basilica. The dishes here are very good, especially the veal, which is very tender. Although it is fully cooked, the tenderness of the taste makes people feel that it doesn't even feel like beef. The taste of other dishes is also remarkable. I have tried several Michelin and Internet celebrity restaurants in Budapest, and the taste of this restaurant is the best. Of course, the price is relatively expensive, but for a Michelin restaurant, the cost performance is still very high.

The tasting menu and wine pairings were excellent. The venison was particularly delicious. The waiter was very friendly and knowledgeable about the wines.
