The whole street was deserted on the day I went to eat. But the restaurant is full. The portion is very large. The meat is delicious and chewy, not fishy at all, perfect for tasting the aroma of fish Want to try Nordic desserts with local characteristics So I didn’t order the internet-famous caramel pudding I was surprised when I ate it. It tasted a bit like butter cookies when broken into pieces. Served with condensed milk ice cream and berries It feels like eating a cranberry version of Napoleon I heard from my friends that mutton is also a must. I'd like my friends to try it too.

The restaurant service is pretty good. The dishes are local style. They are a bit strange but delicious. You can try it.

Many European cities offer direct economy flights to Reykjavik, and round-trip fares are usually between RMB 500 and 600. Be sure to plan ahead when buying tickets to grab the best discounts. ✅ Airport bus After arriving in Iceland, there are two ways to get into the city: one is to take Flybus, with a one-way fare of more than RMB 200. You can enjoy a discount by booking online in advance and using a discount code; the other is to choose bus No. 55, which is half the price of Flybus and accepts cash and card payments. After getting off the bus, you can transfer to the city bus directly to the hotel for free with your ticket. ✅ Accommodation I chose to stay at Loft Hostel and Apartments, a very cost-effective youth hostel, with a six-person room costing about RMB 300 per night. The environment is quiet, the roommates are friendly, and the shared kitchen is fully equipped, including a refrigerator and cooking utensils. The location is excellent, and you can walk to Hallgrimskirkja Church and the city center. ✅Itinerary 🏠Day 1 After landing at 10 am, take a bus to the city to check in and have dinner. In the afternoon, start exploring Reykjavik, a small and exquisite city suitable for walking. The must-visit Hallgrimskirkja Church is located at the end of Rainbow Street. It costs 1,400 Icelandic kronor to climb to the top of the observation deck, overlooking the city and colorful roofs. The small shops along the street have their own characteristics and are worth searching carefully. The fish bone statue on the beach is another highlight. Dinner is recommended to Reykjavik Kitchen, with an average consumption of about 45 euros per person, and try local food. Remember to wear suitable hiking shoes, otherwise you need to rent them on site (12 euros). Fortunately, the guide generously lent them to me for free. 🗻Day 3 Choose Troll Expeditions' Golden Circle Day Tour (80 euros), which lasts for 8 hours. Visit the national park and observe the dwarf horses up close; visit the geyser geothermal area to feel the power of nature; visit the Gullfoss and other attractions. The guide will stop at a suitable place for taking pictures to ensure that you don't miss any wonderful moments. Luckily, I saw a beautiful rainbow on the way back. Due to the unpredictable climate in Iceland, please prepare windproof clothing. Return to Reykjavik in the evening and take a bus to the airport. Vietnamese restaurants are an ideal choice for dinner with their dishes that suit Chinese tastes, and the price is about 20-30 euros. ♂️A trip to Iceland is not as expensive as you might think, and you don't have to bring too many instant noodles. Ingredients and instant noodles can be purchased at local supermarkets such as Bónus, and the average per capita consumption at many fast food restaurants is only about 20 euros. Traveling alone in Iceland and enjoying its unique cold and lonely atmosphere is an incomparable romantic experience.
