夜雨十里There is actually a place to eat offal in the town of Florence. This is the first time I have seen it after staying in Italy for several days. The business is pretty good. The words in their shop are all written in artistic fonts, which looks a bit tired, but it does not affect the taste of the tripe buns. It is really good...

If you haven't eaten it, you can come and try it. It tastes pretty good. You can see it as you enter the side of the market. It's made with real ingredients and is pretty good.
I recommend this restaurant for its steak and pizza; they're really delicious and the taste is excellent. The service and attitude were also very good overall, and we had a very enjoyable meal.

This is a must-try food every time I visit Florence. Located in the historic Florence Market, the long queues speak volumes about its popularity. The NERBONE tripe sandwich, established in 1872, is undoubtedly the most famous Tuscan snack, bar none. Tourists from all over the world line up to try it. A tripe sandwich + a glass of red wine = 5 euros for a satisfying lunch! [Grinning face] You can also choose a set meal: seafood paella or pasta + beef or tripe + a glass of red wine, perfect! [Smug face]
