It is not as conventional as the French Michelin, nor is it like the British FAT DUCK that forcibly pursues an all-round experience and molecular cuisine. The ingredients are fresh and the chef is very thoughtful. It can be said that he is in control of the balance of various flavors and unexpected. Each dish has its highlights but it is so unintentional. The main thing is that it is delicious! So much so that I canceled the original reservation on the third night and went to eat again. The chef even specially changed all seven dishes. Like 👍Excellent

A Michelin restaurant in the Four Seasons Hotel Florence. Unfortunately, we didn't go there because it was a bit expensive. The restaurant is pretty good and has a sense of design. It's all Italian food. There are very few people in winter.
The most incredible evening in the most stunning of settings. Never been so full from a tasting menu and the wine pairing was lovely. The staff were so warm and friendly.
