An ice cream shop with a long queue, good service, and sweet but not greasy

What a beautiful setting within an old stone tower.  Service was 5 stars and the food was quite delicious.  Now, this is a high end foodies dream, not your typical Italian restaurant.  The food in this place is Extremely sophisticated, worth their two Micheline stars.  Expensive but worth it if you like a very fancy type meal.  You will never be able to replicate what you get served.

You’ll find a wide range of fragrances, along with artisanal skincare products, herbal remedies, and luxurious candles. 🕯️

📍 Nino and Friends
Delightful chocolate 🍫 and truffle shop with free tastings of various cookies 🍪 , chocolates, truffle sauces, and wines 🍷. Their gnocchi served with truffle sauce is a delicious bonus! 😋 The cookies are soft with creamy texture which melt in your mouth. 👅

Culture: Head to Uffizi Gallery where you want be disappointed. The gallery is filled with art from Medici Family’s collection and the beautiful Birth of Venus is here as well.

🏰Don’t forget: To enter the museum you’ll pay 25€ however if you want you can also get the 40€ pass where Pitti Palace and Boboli gardens are included. 

🍝Eat: Try the local Gusta Pizza for great Napoli pizza, you’ll love it there. Don’t forget to drink affogato afterwards at the famous Vivoli.

Vivoli is one of the oldest gelateria place that serve the perfect affogato in Florence! I’ve seen many video and photos all over the internet and I saved it to my “to go” place very long ago, so glad that I finally get to try it! Be prepared to queue because it’s always busy, it worth queuing because it’s really so pretty and delicious. Of course I had to order their most popular classic affogato, they made it right in front of me, it was so pretty and yummy! I would definitely queue it again if I’m visiting Florence again :) 

My husband ordered 2 gelatos and it was as good as well, my husband really enjoyed the gelato. There are many other desserts around this store, many different flavours of tiramisu. Just to take note that the seating here are very limited, but a family friendly place. But, you can bring it to eat outside, it’s also very nice to stand and enjoy the ice cream. 

I would highly recommend this place when you’re visiting Florence, it’s affordable too. Enjoy!

フィレンツェのジェラテリア VIVOLIのクレマカッフェの美味しさったらなかった。キンキンに冷えたカプチーノ用のカップにクリーム味のジェラートをカップに沿うように盛り、真ん中に空いた穴の部分に熱々のエスプレッソを注ぐ。このコントラストが最高。

あまりにも気に入りすぎて、フィレンツェの旅の間、連日通い詰めてしまった。クリーム味のジェラートが美味しいからなせる技だと思う。

VIVOLIには、Buchette del vino（ワインの穴）またはFinestrini del vino（ワインの小窓）と呼ばれるこの小さな扉がある。
・
16世紀頃、ワインを生産していた貴族たちが邸宅から直接ワインを販売するための窓口として使われていたが、すでに塞がれてしまったものも多い。
しかし、コロナ禍でソーシャルディスタンスを保つ対策としてワインの穴を復活させ、コーヒーやジェラートなどを提供した。コロナ禍を楽しくさせたフィレンツェならではの粋なアイデア。

I've seen people queuing up for this on Social Media & I was wondering what the fuss it is all about. Well, the hype is real! The gelato is so soft and creamy. The coffee taste is robust. And when the two are mixed together, it is like a match made in Heaven! 
There is always a queue outside the shop but don't be put off by it. The queue actually moves quite fast & most people will just consume the Affogato outside the shop instead of having it inside the tiny shop. So, just join the Q & you'll be rewarded sooner than you expect!

이탈리아 피렌체에서 2박 3일 동안 머무르며 2번이나 방문했던 피렌체 젤라또 맛집을 소개합니다. 바로 Vivoli(비볼리)라는 피렌체에서 가장 오래된 젤라또 맛집인데요! 워낙 유명하고 인기있는 곳이라 줄을 서야 했어요. 하지만, 젤라또 가게라 줄이 금방 줄어 들더라고요. 

비볼리에서는 쌀로 만든 리조 젤라또가 유명한데 쌀알이 녹녹하게 씹히는 것이 식감이 재밌더라고요. 그리고 비볼리에서 아포카토가 유명한데 아포카토는 크림 아이스크림과 에스프레소를 함께 먹는 디저트예요. 디카페인으로도 주문할 수 있어요. 쌉싸름한 에스프레소와 달콤한 크림이 섞이니 목넘김이 예술인 커피가 되더라고요.
