Trattoria Za Za

Their classic T-bone steak is indeed crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, but it just makes me feel like I'm eating raw meat. They should have taken pictures of the cut meat. Although the surface looks cooked, it's actually raw inside. If there are tendons, it's hard to chew. I can only say that raw meat is not suitable for patients. If you like to eat raw meat, you can eat more steak. I feel that the steaks here are all in this style. Black truffle pasta is delicious. I like it very much. It's the kind with a strong creamy flavor. Creamy mushroom risotto, I also like it. I especially like the risotto made here. I feel that it will never disappoint [good]

[Taste] The steak is not bad, and the price of 38 euros for one bull is really affordable, which is definitely enough for two people. The carrots in the salad are very crisp, and the olive oil and balsamic vinegar are quite refreshing. The Tuscan beans are quite soft [Environment] Near the cathedral, it is a popular online restaurant. [Service] The service is really the weak point of the restaurant. We arrived at the restaurant at 8 o'clock as scheduled, and the inside and outside of the house were all full, and there were 20-30 people in the queue. If we make an appointment in advance, the restaurant will not reserve a seat specifically, but will queue first. The waiters in the restaurant are super busy, jogging all the way, and the order and bill are not timely. Such a dining environment is not leisurely enough.

I deducted one star because the Italian ravioli was terrible, hahaha. Overall, the steak here is one of the better ones in Italy, and the flavor is on the heavier side. As for pasta, they all taste pretty much the same. This place is supposedly a local internet sensation, and the ambiance is nice too.

A western restaurant chosen by a friend. We went early and there were many seats. It was really crowded for 4 people. The business was very good. We wanted to change to a larger table but there was none. The signal in the store was very poor. You can ask the clerk for the wireless password. There is a bottle of red wine on each table. If you want to drink, ask the clerk to open it. He will let you try it first. If you don’t like the taste, you can change to another one. The T-bone steak starts at 1 kg. I chose medium. The thick meat in the middle of the bone is almost raw. The Caesar salad is good, and the thin seafood pizza is also okay. The tiramisu is very moist and has a wine aroma, but not as sweet as expected. Because it is an online celebrity restaurant, I found that many people were queuing at the door when I came out.

For our first meal in Florence, we specifically found Zaza by navigating. We arrived early and there were not many customers. My husband thought we had found the wrong restaurant. We ordered a 7-well T-bone steak for fear that it was too raw. It was indeed a bit old. When eating in Europe, it is recommended to order a 5-well steak. The black truffle pasta was very delicious, even better than the steak! The tiramisu was also very delicious. The price of tiramisu in Italian restaurants is quite affordable. The service at this restaurant is pretty good. They will take you to eat outdoors first. I don’t know why foreigners like to eat outdoors no matter where they go on hot days. It doesn’t seem to be to highlight the good business of the restaurant. But I want to enjoy the air conditioning indoors~~!!!
