I met Mr. Gao Kou in Zhiting, Shenzhen a few years ago. His fluent Mandarin allowed me to fully understand the origin and story behind each piece of sushi.
From the 300-year-old ginkgo board on the tabletop to every bowl and plate picked up from Tokyo, as well as several famous paintings by the master of Chinese painting Xiao Huirong, you can feel that their team is full of details.

I don&rsquo;t need to say much about sushi. The ingredients are delivered directly from Toyosu every day, plus seasonal fresh ingredients from different places. I believe that most friends in Shenzhen know the strength of Mr. Gaoguchi. Friends who have the opportunity to go to Fukuoka must go and support him!

This is a restaurant recommended to me by a local friend. Since I had never heard of it before, I came here with the mentality of giving it a try. Unexpectedly, it was unexpectedly delicious. Most of the people who dine here are locals, and everyone chats with each other. It even makes me feel at home!

Japanese cuisine is one of the most suitable specialties for the Chinese stomach besides Chinese food. The chawanmushi is very well made, the eggs are tender and smooth, the tempura is fried crispy and delicious, and the miso soup is average and of a stable quality.

The sushi is absolutely fresh, the service is great and the restaurant is beautiful. The lunch menu starts at 2000 yen and dinner starts at 8000 yen. We ordered the 5000 yen lunch set which came with about 12 types of sushi, tamagoyaki, miso soup and dessert. Given the quality, it was great value for money. It was so good that we knew it would be a year before we would return, so we then ordered another plate of 10 types of sushi to share between the three of us. Reservations are absolutely necessary.
