Genghis Khan MeiMeiTei (Hakodate Bay Gourmet Club)

Since it is supper time, let’s put down the food! Otaru’s famous Masa Sushi 🍣, I was lucky to get in line that day! I didn’t get to eat Genghis Khan BBQ in Sapporo because there were too many people and I didn’t get to queue up. I decided to go and see it when I return to Sapporo in two days! The BBQ at Yoyo-tei next to the Hakodate Hotel is still good... You can still buy fresh processed seafood if you arrive at Hakodate Morning Market before 1pm... The reservations for Kani Honke in Sapporo are all full this month, so I can’t make a reservation, which is my second regret!

After visiting the Kanemori warehouse, I went to his place. It smelled strongly of cooking oil; the ventilation wasn't good, which wasn't typical of Japanese style. The grilled meat was just okay, but I ordered a small beer, which was quite good.

I had a reservation for dinner at the legendary Genghis Khan Sheep Pavilion this afternoon, but after eating there, I felt it was overrated. The roasted meat was sliced ​​too thinly and the taste was just average. I was somewhat disappointed and didn't take any pictures. It seems that even popular restaurants aren't all that great, and another characteristic is that they're expensive.
