KevinThis is a restaurant affiliated with Hatsuhana Hotel, which specializes in soba noodles. The child ordered a portion of tamagoyaki (egg rice), which was also very delicious. The egg was half-cooked and tasted very good. The chicken was very tender, and it tasted a bit like soaked rice when paired with rice.

This is my favorite soba restaurant, and I visited it twice during my trip to Hakone. The atmosphere is great, and the food is delicious. The grated yam was also amazing.
There is nothing else to say except a thumbs up.
This is the worst noodle I had in Hakone. I think it's just soy sauce noodles. I felt like throwing up after eating it.
🏞️Hakone doesn't have a wide variety of food, so today we'll focus on the main dining areas at each station. ✅Hakone-Yumoto Station: ⭐This is the first station upon entering Hakone from Tokyo. Upon arrival, you'll find a long shopping street, Hakone-Yumoto. The food here mainly features a variety of desserts, breads, coffee, and souvenirs. For dinner, there's Hatsuhana Soba Honten, a well-known local soba restaurant that's highly recommended. ✅Gora Station: ⭐Gora Station is surrounded by many hot spring hotels, so the food options are well-reviewed and generally highly rated, and the food variety is slightly more diverse. Tamura Ginshōtei is famous for its tofu dishes, and several other ramen, hamburger, and sandwich shops also have good reviews. ✅Owakudani Station: ⭐This station is where the cable car passes during the tour, and most tourists stop here to take in the view of the crater up close. Be aware that the sulfur smell is quite strong on the mountain, so if you mind, please prepare a mask in advance. 😷 The main attraction here is the unique black eggs! They're steamed in hot springs, have a black shell, and taste almost like chicken eggs. Legend has it that eating one of these eggs can extend your life by several years! You can also try black ice cream here. ✅ Moto-Hakone Port: ⭐This is a bus stop and the pier for Lake Ashi cruise boats. Here, we recommend the incredibly popular bakery, Bakery & Table. From the second floor, you can enjoy a view of Lake Ashi while enjoying bread and coffee. Their curry bread is their top choice, with a crispy crust and a curry cream filling. #HakoneTravel #HakoneFoodExplore #FujiHakoneOwakudani #HakoneOnsenHotel #HakoneYumotoStation #JapanTravelStrategy #JapanCharterTravel #HakoneDayTrip
