Soba no Mi Yoshimura

This 4-story restaurant, within walking distance of the hotel, fills up quickly and we were lucky to only have to wait 5 minutes for a table. The soba noodles were great and the tempura was light. The prices were reasonable too. A must try if you're in the area.

The first meal in Kyoto, of course, is the best soba noodles. The first floor is a workshop for handmade soba noodles, where you can see the chefs working hard. The second floor is a seat facing the street view on all sides. I chose the tempura soba noodles, which can be eaten hot or cold, and my friend chose the soba noodle set with sashimi. It really lived up to expectations. Both the cold and hot soba are light and refreshing, giving people a feeling of wanting more. The fried tempura is not greasy, but has a light taste, which is suitable for people with light taste. The dessert after the meal is buckwheat ice cream. This ice cream gives people a very amazing feeling. The fine powder is sprinkled on the ice cream. One is not enough, so I ordered two more scoops. I look forward to eating it again next time just for ice cream.

This is a very famous Japanese restaurant. Soba noodles are their main dish and they are delicious.
