Fuan&#39;s store is not big, it is tatami-style, and you have to take off your shoes to enter. We sat near the bar and ordered soba noodles and tempura rice. I personally think the rice tastes better than the noodles, because the prawns are fried, and soaking them in the noodles will change their taste.

This Wei Zi Man Ramen is not big, with not many seats, but the service is really good. I ordered a bowl of ramen, a sashimi platter, and a glass of sake, and it was really delicious.
