It's really bad, really bad, really! Hard! to eat!
I arrived at the restaurant in the afternoon and was told that I couldn't sit at the counter (it was all packed up).
The fish was fresh, but the processing was not good, and the vinegar rice was separated from the fish, cold and sticky and stuck in my throat, which was outrageous.
But the waitress smiled and was nice, which made me swallow every piece of sushi with difficulty. Now I still feel like a nightmare when I think about it.
But the fried chicken was not bad (I didn't take a picture with my phone), big and juicy.

The sushi here is great, with a lot of sashimi to choose from. My favorite sushi is the Arctic scallop. When you come to Hokkaido, you must try the local Hokkaido sushi. It's great. The sashimi is very fresh and sweet, great.
The environment is great. The menu is a bit messy so I can't remember what we ordered. We ate all kinds of sushi hahaha. It was really delicious! ! There shouldn't be any minefields, so just order whatever you want hahaha. We ordered rice but they didn't have hot rice ☹️ The serving speed was a little slow. It might also be because everyone was too hungry. After all, we were starving after the exam.
We ended up here as most other places seemed to close at 8pm. The staff spoke good enough English that you couldn't make any mistakes when ordering. The sushi looked good to our western palates and certainly good value with plenty of variety. The tempura pork tenderloin and crispy meatballs were a nice touch.
This restaurant recommends steamed snail meat with wine, which is delicious and cooked just right. The snail meat is very tender, showing the skill of the chef. The chicken knee bones are also very crisp and chewy. The desserts after the meal are also delicious, especially the peaches.
This is a super delicious sushi restaurant. The Japanese sashimi is amazing! They have so many kinds of fish to choose from, and the chef will even cook whatever you like, which is a nice surprise. The sashimi is sweet and delicious, so good!
