It is said to be one of the most authentic Cantonese restaurants. I tried it today and was ecstatic [good] Ordered Sihe dishes, picked four dishes from the twenty dishes, and got free soup, rice, a crab, and sweet soup, 63 before tax. Every dish was great. When the dishes were on the table, the three girls were happily eating the crab legs, and the foreigners and grandfathers at the next table all cast complicated eyes [bad] Envy? Surprise? In the end, I packed up three dishes and went home satisfied.

An exquisite dining experience.  From the moment you enter the restaurant you are warmly greeted and ushered into a gastronomic fantasy land. Everything is explained from the glassware to the ingredients. Wonderful detail. Then comes the dining. Flavor upon flavor uniquely layered. New and exciting taste sensations.  Wine pairings were perfect.  A lovely trip for your palate right in the center of Amsterdam.

The total is 76, and the tip is 15%, which is 11.4 (lunch and dinner are generally 18% or 20%), totaling 87.4.
