As it got dark early in the winter we were unable to see the beautiful scenery but we still had a beautiful view of Queenstown at night. The service was excellent. The food was as described and we highly recommend the delicious venison

Although the upgrade of the lake view room failed to meet expectations, I am very satisfied with the overall service and facilities of the hotel.
