Villa Paradiso

I definitely recommend the sandwiches to anyone who wants one. The chef is a super friendly and funny Venetian... Invented in Venice! Each one is super good because the ingredients are of very high quality... Order a beer and eat some of these sandwiches, you will be surprised by how good they are... For dessert, be sure to order the tiramisu. I highly recommend this place, don't be scared by its simple decoration. Come and enjoy the sandwiches and the sides!

We wanted to try the seafood, it's a seaside city after all! Very popular, service could be faster but it was acceptable. We tried the small shell fish plate (huge portion for 2 people) and a few other dishes. The seafood was amazing and very satisfying! The fish sauce and herbal omelette were also good.

I went twice this week and the restaurant was busy both times. On the first visit I had a mixed pizza and a Mediterranean salad which was very nice with nice fresh cheeses, the pizza was also very nice despite being from North America. I was surprised that the pizza was not cut thinly, which was a novelty for me. On the second visit I tried the walnut and goat cheese salad and the margherita pizza. His pizza crust was thin with a bit of oven burn and a little soggy in the middle, but it was a great snack for the next day. The atmosphere in the restaurant was lively, a little noisy if you sit in the lower level, the service was friendly and pleasant both nights, I noticed that their restrooms are downstairs, not sure if there is a flush toilet on the floor. People who want to go can call ahead to make reservations.
