A simple Japanese restaurant with only eight seats at the counter. The Japanese food is very good and the view is very good.

The best Omakase experience ever! The food preparation and cooking were meticulously thought out. The chefs and staff were attentive, warm, friendly, and very kind. What I appreciated most was the unpretentious nature of the experience; everyone enjoyed the incredible food in a relaxed atmosphere.

这是我吃过的最棒的怀石料理之一！鱼很新鲜，而且是本地产的。员工很棒，也很周到。真希望每天都能在这里吃！

This is one of the best kaiseki meals I&#39;ve ever had! The fish was fresh and locally sourced. The staff were wonderful and attentive.

I wish I could eat here every day!

Kanazawa

Our second time at prova, and everything was excellent again. We really like being able to get recommendations of wine, and try things, by the glass, that we normally couldn&#39;t. The fellow that runs the place really knows his wine so well, and recommends such great, unknown gems. The food is also terrific.  🍷

We arrived five minutes before the meal and were welcomed with the warmest smiles. The kindness and care shown by the staff are incredible; you truly feel at home. We were seated and soon after had the best Japanese dining experience of our lives. The fish is unbelievably fresh, and the variety of different types and flavors is impressive. It was a privilege to experience something like this. If you get the chance, you will not be disappointed. The 9.9 rating doesn&rsquo;t do justice to the quality of the food and the overall experience. This place deserves a full 10 out of 10.Thank you.

The taste is very good. The hairy crab and seafood are all good.

Good food as usually but this time they were out of tofu. Ambience is acceptable but I wonder why the waiter assumes it is alright to leave his electrical scooter parked in the dining room.
