Samdae Guksu

It's a very famous local noodle shop. The salt and pepper pork knuckle there is delicious and the price is not too expensive. Usually a bowl of noodles costs around 4000-5000. The beef noodles taste very good.

The noodle shop is full of Koreans, and they only sell two kinds of noodles: seafood noodles and jajangmyeon. The seafood noodles are more expensive at 13,000, and the jajangmyeon is 8,000. The taste is pretty good. The seafood noodles are quite rich in ingredients and the portion is also large.

Ramen is usually salty, and this one is no exception. The ramen here is not like the ramen in China, and feels a bit like instant noodles. However, the soup and ingredients are quite rich, but it still feels a bit salty after eating. The business is good and there is a queue at the door.

In the end, I went to Samdae Guksu again. The best thing about Samdae Guksu is that they have a parking lot. People with cars go to Samdae Guksu. ㅠㅠ This time, I only ate meat noodles, but it was good. I was so hungry, and it was my first meal in Jeju Island. My younger sibling said it was delicious, so I felt good.

Jeju Island's specialty, ramen, is just as good as Japanese ramen. It's made with a broth made with black pork, and the noodles are chewy. Absolutely amazing.
