I didn’t plan the first day’s itinerary before coming. Because I took a red-eye flight and arrived in Jeju Island early in the morning. The guesthouse I stayed in was in Aewol-eup. I wanted to find GD’s coffee shop Monsant nearby to check in. I was in a daze until the afternoon and checked into the guesthouse and ended the trip hastily. Fortunately, my Korean friend also flew from Seoul to meet us. He said he must take me to a place. The taxi cost more than 30,000 won [Chin]. I crossed most of Jeju Island from Aewol-eup to Seogwipo. After passing the super beautiful coastal highway along the way, I slept like a dead pig. I didn’t have any expectations. I just thought it was so far away. After getting off the car, I walked along a small road and saw a gray-walled coffee shop from a distance. There was a piece of grass next to it. After entering, OMG, this is too beautiful! It's a cafe on a hillside facing the sea. It feels like I've been to Bali. The waves are so beautiful accompanied by the music played by the DJ. All the people there are locals. I didn't hear a word of their mother tongue for an entire afternoon. If it wasn't for someone I knew, I wouldn't have known there was such a great place!
