Exploring the Michelin restaurant in Madrid After eating the Little Jose ham, we entered the hall. From snacks to main dishes, it was very rich. The most distinctive ones should be the Little Jose Iberian pig head and vegetables from the Navarra region.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in Madrid. They have a unique tasting menu. You can clearly observe their cooking and preparation. The food, service and wine pairing are on par with a Michelin-level restaurant.

Zalacain is the most valuable restaurant in the local area, and it is also the most advanced! But I always feel that the consumption is lower than that of Michelin! Hahaha! Recommended!
