It took me 7 years to return, and the experience was magnificent. Truly professional and attentive service with food that was so exquisite in a formal but cordial ambiance. I shall return soon. all the best!
For me a must in Madrid, it is not cheap, but to get this quality is definitely worth it. Old fashioned but innovative, a good mix of both and that is not easy to find!

This may be the best high-end value in town. Food, Service and Ambiance all excellent. Don't misunderstanding it is not inexpensive but I thought the price v. quality value was among the best I've seen for high-end dining.
