The owner of this restaurant, Mike, is British, and the owner's wife is Cantonese and speaks Mandarin. If you want to order Chinese food, you need to take the Chinese menu. The owner Mike speaks Mandarin very well, so there is no problem communicating and ordering food! The Chinese food is quite authentic. The most authentic Chinese food I know in Kandy!

Came here around 6pm. All the people who came in were foreigners, playing lively music. It didn't feel like a Chinese restaurant, but more like a bar. The menu was in Chinese, but the waiter couldn't understand so a Chinese guy came over. The food tasted acceptable but the portions were a bit small. Two adults and one snack ate four dishes and a plate of fried noodles but still didn't feel full. Foreigners who came in one after another were drinking and chatting, and the place was full.

The most famous Chinese restaurant in the area, delicious and inexpensive. The owner is British and his wife is from Maoming, Guangdong. Many Chinese and foreign tourists come here because of its reputation. The restaurant is in a good location, overlooking the beautiful scenery of Kandy Lake.

The restaurant is a bit hard to find, but the food is pretty good.
