Restaurant Le Dézaley

For my first dinner in Switzerland (it would be supper in China [covering face][covering face]), I found a restaurant ranked second in reviews - Le Dezaley's cheese hot pot is definitely ranked first, haha, I like beef liver and steak. In addition to authentic cheese hot pot and sweet bread, there is also wine brewed from the Dezaley region. Although it is relatively expensive, it is really worth it!

This is a restaurant I searched for near the hotel. The online reviews were good, so I went there and it was within walking distance. I went there for lunch, so I didn't make a reservation in advance. There were seats, which was good. According to the online recommendations, I successfully ordered cheese hot pot and beef hot pot. The taste of cheese hot pot has mixed reviews. I personally tested it. At first, I was a little uncomfortable with the taste, but I got used to it after a few bites. The taste was okay, and the cheese was sweet. But there was only bread, no other food, very simple. The beef hot pot was good, I love meat.

A restaurant near Zurich Cathedral, with high online reviews, so I came to try it~ I came at noon, not too many customers~ Ordered 2 kinds of hot pot, mushroom cheese hot pot, but with bread crumbs, I felt uncomfortable at first, but then I felt it was getting better and better~ The beef crumbs in the beef hot pot were very honest and the portion was quite large~ The service was good, served by an older staff, very nice, and also joked, not bad~ A very pleasant dining experience~

I mustered up the courage to try Switzerland. Finally, I chose Zejia. The service in Zejia was really enthusiastic. They took photos of me and my friends. Hahaha. Then I'll talk about the pot. I walked to the door and smelled the smell. I prepared myself for a long time. I made up my mind to try it. I chose the traditional Swiss cheese. It was not that smelly after it came up. The taste was still very good. It was very rich. It was a little bitter when I ate it. It was not very greasy. I just felt a little drunk after eating too much. Maybe I can't drink. The vegetables were delicious. There was a big bowl of bread. I couldn't finish it. Recommended. It's worth a try.

Maybe my friend and I didn't receive the best reception when we came to this restaurant, so I think the service attitude here is not very good. But to be honest, the dishes in this restaurant are still worth recommending, and the taste is still mainly based on various local dishes.
