This Ruffino restaurant & lounge is a scenic restaurant in Pattaya that specializes in Western cuisine. The steak here is particularly good. I ordered it medium rare and it tasted just right.

A very high-end and luxurious western restaurant. You should choose your clothes carefully before coming here. The price is relatively expensive in Pattaya, but the environment is really good, so it should be considered value for money.

Beautiful Restaurant, Cocktails & Food I visited with a friend after a quick google search looking for cocktail bars in the area. The hotel interior decoration is lovely with an ocean theme complete with aquariums. Cocktails were good and actually tasted like they should and the food was gorgeous, fresh and presented well.

The environment is very nice with a wide view. The Western set meal is affordable and delicious.

The price is very cheap and many people come here to eat.
