The smell of roasted peanut skins at the entrance of Texas Roadhouse is a bit like the tailpipe smoke of a second-hand modified pickup truck driven by a Texas boy, rough and wild, with the sunshine and taste of the earth. The waitress came over to ask you what you want to drink, you deceived yourself and ordered a cup of diet coke, but ordered a 1240-calorie cheese fries for the first course, shyly saying that everyone should share it. The sister said that she only eats 6 ounces of sirloin, and she can't stand too much and too big meat. ​

The food tasted so good that I went there twice in three days. The service was fast, the portions were generous, and even the fries were XL, which was perfect for a rough guy like me. The free salad, peanuts and bread were also delicious. The main course must be steak, which was tender and juicy, but unfortunately I only had one stomach. The only downside was that the drinks were too expensive, a bottle of mineral water cost 15 dirhams, so it was recommended to bring your own drinks.

I accidentally walked into this Texas steakhouse on the LG1 floor of Dubai mall. It seems that this restaurant is well-known locally and is visited by many Chinese people. It is also known as an Internet celebrity restaurant. For us, as long as it looks delicious, it doesn’t matter what Internet celebrity restaurant it is. As long as there is no queue, you can eat enough and it is not unpalatable, it’s fine. The decoration style of the restaurant is very American, and the western style is a bit interesting. As soon as I sat down, the waiter brought the appetizer bread and a bucket of peanuts. Yes, you read it right, it is a bucket, and you can get more after eating. Didn’t you see that the corridor was piled up like a small mountain? It is so rough and unrestrained. Three people ordered two meats, steak and lamb chops. The best steak is medium rare, the color and meat are just right, tender and juicy, and the French fries next to it are also very delicious and crispy. Lamb chops are my daughter’s favorite. She ate two at once, which seems to be very suitable for her appetite. The drink was ordered separately, a large cup of strawberry-flavored slushy, which was stunning in appearance and very thirst-quenching and delicious.

This popular online restaurant is highly recommended. My son and I didn't finish the 2-pound rib steak we ordered. It was cooked medium rare, and the meat was tender and juicy, and the taste was great. The bread before the meal was delicious, and the salad and mashed potatoes that came with the steak were delicious, but I was full after eating the steak alone, so I didn't finish the side dishes. The peanuts that were given as a gift were a big bucket, but I didn't eat much of them. A great restaurant, highly recommended!
