London is just so lucky to have Helene Darroze cooking for the culinary aficionados of this metropolis.
Elegance, attention to detail, delicious food, great wine and drinks list, variety of options on no-low alcohol, vegan and vegetarian options and service ware is just stunning (Hermes for example).
The combination of kitchen and dining room team is just second to none and particularly the Chef&#39;s Table is by far one of the best ambience, value for money you can find in London.

The service here is quite excellent with the staff being attentive to the appropriate degree and so well choreographed. The cuisine is also quite excellent, the vegetable cookpot was a presentation of vegetables and fruits as a truly delicious dish which showed the admirable genius and expertise of the chefs.

A famous curry place in London, they have many varieties of curry. I ordered yellow curry and green curry. They are a little spicy, but taste very good and authentic. The chef is Indian and very funny.

Great service, amazing food.
The staff was very friendly yet discreet, the food was very well made and the atmosphere relaxing and posh.

Wonderful presentation of the dishes and delicious indeed. Apart from receiving the wraps a bit cold as most likely they had to wait for the rest of the food to be prepared. The deserts are delicious and especially the Bougatsa cream pie that is imported from Greece!

Very old school. But lovely ambience and the service. The staff were very attentive and proactive. Definitely recommend. Food was  fresh and tasty

墨西哥菜在我心中一直都是開胃、管飽的代名詞，似乎從來和精緻搭不上邊。位於Marylebone的創意墨西哥餐廳KOL，才發現原來墨西哥菜可以如此美味且高級，這家餐廳在我心目中已經成為了倫敦墨西哥菜界的天花板！
 
KOL的主廚Santiago Lastra來自墨西哥，從十五歲開始自己的職業廚師生涯。在2017年還參與了Noma在墨西哥為期為期七週的快閃餐廳活動。他們家的菜品將墨西哥菜的烹飪技巧與英國的食材相結合，可以用食材新鮮、擺盤講究、調味獨特來作為總結。
 
我去的那天中午吃的是£55/位的四道式套餐，菜單上還有更多道數的套餐可供選擇，如果早知道這麼好吃一定選最多的道數的。Anyway，反正這家餐廳是考慮之後再來，留點懸念也是好事情～
 
如果大家去的時候菜單上主菜有PULPO（烤章魚腿）一定要選，鮮嫩緊實的章魚腿搭配現烤的玉米餅和牛骨髓簡直太太太香了！

倫敦美食清單｜寶藏墨西哥菜kol

After eating this restaurant, this year's World Best 50 list was released, and then it became No. 1 in London, which is really a coincidence. 

I had a bit of a cold the day I went, so my taste of the ingredients was slightly off. Overall, it was a very interesting experience that gave me some new insights into Mexican food. 

When we were asked at the beginning if we wanted to drink, I said tea would be fine. The one I chose was like mint tea, not bitter at all, and still tasted very warm. 

The various tacos in the main course are all very unique. The one that impressed me the most was the wagyu flavor, which was very fresh and tender. . The langoustine taco is also super delicious and tastes sweet. 

The last pork taco was more impressive. It was a bit salty when eaten alone, but when eaten with the pancake, the texture was well balanced! 

Reservation is required in advance, and wine pairing is available for those who love drinking.

If you are a big fan of Mexican food, KOL is the brilliant choice and I am sure I will revisit it when the new menu is released.
