I like salmon roe, squid, Santa Barbara sea urchin. Their SB sea urchin is really good, beyond my expectation, Giant Clam, and Kami Toro which is not always available, fatter than Otoro, each tuna has only a small piece, the appetizer usually has a shrimp, and there will be a lobster roll at the end, so the chef can replace the appetizer and roll with Kami today.

A modern American restaurant in Beverly Hills. The restaurant is full of candles and spotlights at night, which makes it very romantic. The waiters are well dressed and have a good attitude. The food is good. Although it is not amazing, it is definitely not as standardized and cheap as the food in general chain restaurants. The lamb chops and desserts are good. It costs about $80 per person. Reservations are required in advance.

The wagyu beef at Yazawa Japanese BBQ is of good quality, and is claimed to be imported from Japan and not frozen. The store owner said that the wagyu beef is produced by its own farm in Japan, and considering that this is an international chain store, it should be true.
The wagyu beef is not cooked on a charcoal grill, which results in too much fat and less aroma. The flavor is mainly brought out by slightly marinating with seasonings.
