Tempura Endo

This is a specialty tempura shop in Torrance. Their batter is thin and crispy, and the sauce is authentic. Better than many other places he has eaten. Recommend the tempura set eight plates, clear water, etc. Very good.

However, the restaurant is a little difficult to find. Friends who come here should remember to arrive a little earlier, as you may need to look for it. The entire menu is very cost-effective, the ingredients are very fresh, and there are many varieties. I personally think that friends who like Japanese food can give it a try. Unlike other sushi omakase, this menu actually includes wagyu, tempura, salad, etc., interspersed between sushi. I am still a little ignorant. This type of sushi omakase is the first time I have seen it, and it is still a bit confusing to eat. If there are friends who know this type of menu, I still hope to give me some scientific knowledge. The sushi sarari uses rice from Yamagata Prefecture (using the same supplier as sushi saito), which is loosely pinched and lightly seasoned; the fish is mostly local fish. The chef said that he is now cooperating with some local fishermen who know how to liven up the fish, so as to get fish with better umami taste, but the fish seasoning is a bit too heavy for me, and some other courses are actually a bit too heavy, slightly covering the taste of the ingredients.

This restaurant is called Tempura Endo Beverly Hills. It is also very unique. I ordered my favorite fried rice, sushi and the most delicious foie gras. Each one is super delicious!
