The Capital Grille

This western restaurant also has a branch in the Vegas Wynn Hotel. They grill steaks at a very high temperature. No wonder the meat is tender, fragrant and delicious, and the soup is tasty even though it looks plain.

A dinner during the Thankgsgiving holidays with family was made very special by Pablo Marrero our waitperson who beyond being informative and professional went above and beyond to make the dinner memorable.

The ribs and potatoes were delicious, as were the onion rings and beer.

My go to place for special occasions and when someone says they can't find a great steak. I've had many of there steaks but the last 3 times I've gone with the 10 oz filet. It's melt in your mouth and tastes how steak is supposed to taste. Add in the crispy calamari and the warm bacon dressing on the spinach salad, the mashed potatoes, and glorious mushrooms and it doesn't get any better. I've eaten at Peter Lugar's in NY and this is the closest I've come.

I expect excellence when I order a $50 steak. At the Capital Grill I have never had bad service or bad food. From our first step in the door we were greeted and treated well. I have found myself choosing this restaurant anytime I want a celebration to go exactly right. We were celebrating my parents anniversary. P.S. - they have the best cheesecake in the world!
